There was once a boy named Musa who believed success was like climbing a ladder—step by step, rung by rung. He had seen others rise quickly: school, certificate, job, promotion. It looked simple. Predictable.
But when Musa reached for his own ladder, he found something strange. Some rungs were missing.
He didn’t finish school.
He didn’t have connections.
He didn’t know where to begin.
At first, he felt stuck—dangling between hope and frustration. But then he noticed something: the ladder wasn’t broken. It was just incomplete. And he could build the missing rungs himself.
So he started small:
- He added a rung called “learning by doing.”
- Another called “asking for help.”
- One more called “serving others with what I have.”
With each makeshift step, Musa rose—not in a straight line, but in a story of resilience. His ladder didn’t look like anyone else’s. But it held. And it lifted him.
💬 What rung is missing in your journey right now? What could you build with what you already carry?
At Family Concepts Center, we know that not every ladder comes fully built. That’s why we offer workspaces, vocational services, coaching, and storytelling that help you craft your own path—one rung at a time. You don’t need a perfect ladder. You just need the courage to climb.
