Dr. Ismail Ndifuna is a retired senior International civil servant with over 25 years of experience in designing and managing social programs. A large part of this experience has been with the United Nations in Health and Human rights programming. He is currently the Executive Director of the Family Concepts Center, a civil society organization working to ensure young people, particularly the vulnerable and socially less privileged, are healthy, empowered, active and productive and have access to social, economic and development information and services.

Dr. Ndifuna has worked with international agencies, civil society, and government sectors to advocate, promote and execute a range of interventions on issues related to Health with particular emphasis on sexual and reproductive health, Adolescent health, Gender equality and women empowerment among others.

Dr. Ismail Ndifuna is a Certified Success Coach and Trainer. He has been coaching people to overcome life challenges in health and wellbeing, career and work, relationships, and personal development since 2009. In his extensive career, Dr. Ndifuna has served on several interview boards and panels helping organizations to recruit, engage and orient onboarding and continuing staff on job tasks and career assignments.
