In 2021 BRAC approved the Family Concepts Center to support and Conduct Institutional capacity development for youth-led CBOs on Training, and Monitoring of the youth-led groups on employment linkages, and jobs internships under the Youth for Business Enterprises(Y4BE) project.
Under the same support Family Concepts Center was approved to be established and furnished as a regional Incubation Center to support youth skills Training, re-skilling, apprenticeships, and group dynamics training of micro-enterprises through master crafts and Monitoring of the youth-led groups on employment linkages, jobs internship.
By the end of 2022, Family Concepts Center had established a resource center and exposed young people in the region to youth mentorship programs to meet their professional, career and personal development goals.
