Dr. Ismail Ndifuna
Executive Director
Dr. Ismail Ndifuna is the Executive Director of Family Concepts Center and the lead architect behind its transformation into a multiservice productivity sanctuary — a calm, structured environment where young people, professionals, and micro‑entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and practical pathways to growth.
Dr. Ziraba Abdullah
Vice Chairman
Dr. Ziraba Abdallah holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Information and communication Technology, integration of ICT in Education, ICT and Educational Management, and ICT pedagogy.
Dr. Ziraba brings a wealth of experience in ICT pedagogy to bear on our career management program and courses and is a useful asset in shaping career development. Dr. Ziraba is the Vice Chairman of the Family Concepts Center Board of Directors.
Fred Bawunha
Auditor
CPA Fred Bawunha, FCCA is a qualified professional accountant with over 20 years in auditing, risk management, capacity building, financial and management consultancy. He has a B.com and Master of Science Accounting and Finance – MUK. He is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – UK, member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda and Institute of Internal Auditors. Fred is currently the Managing Partner Bawunha & Badebye Certified Public Accountants and is also a lecturer of audit and assurance services on the CPAU professional services programme.
Ms. Milly Wandawa
Treasurer
Ms. Milly Wandawa is an Accountant and Project Management officer. Ms. Wandawa brings her project management and accounting expertise to bear on our Budgeting processes and development programs. Ms. Wandawa is the Treasurer to the Family Concepts Center Board.
Ms. Sarah Babirye
Secretary
Ms. Sarah Babirye is a social worker and Counselor. Ms. Babirye brings a wealth of experience in social development work to bear on our social and development programs. Ms. Babirye is the Secretary to the Family Concepts Center Board.
Ms. Fatuma N. Memo
Board Member
Ms. Memo holds a Master’s degree in Business administration (MBA) with expertise in project planning and management. Ms. Memo is a lecturer at the Makerere University Business School. Memo brings a wealth of experience in Business financing to bear on our youth empowerment solutions program
Ms. Nina Ismail Mastula
Board Member
Ms. Nina is an Accountant with expertise in procurement. Nina brings a wealth of experience in Business administration and procurement to bear on our operational strategies and processes.
