The Family Concept Center will target the following groups of young people:

1. Out of-School young people between 12 -24 years of age
2. Orphans and Vulnerable children
3. Adolescent girls and young women
4. Lower and middle-level employees
5. Young people in informal employment
6. Young people in tertiary institutions
7. Young people from poor backgrounds
8. Workers in Community-Based Organizations
9. Small scale Business enterprises

The groups listed under the target population here are considered vulnerable.
