We analyzed Esther’s life story with the support of Agentic AI tools. We tried to figure out a good careeer path for Esther. Here are a few features in Esther’s life journey
Esther has a degree in mass communication which is a good foundation. She has worked in customer service, communication roles, and has experience in humanitarian work with refugees through a UN-affiliated organization. That is a strong point because she mentions finding fulfillment in serving others, especially the underprivileged.
She has been a relations officer handling communications desks, client relations and counseling. She is also a single mother of two which might mean she needs stability and possibly flexibility in her job
Esther’s passion is clearly in humanitarian work. she loves making a difference and putting smiles on people’s faces. But she is feeling overwhelmed and directionless now. The goal is to find a career path that uses her existing skills, aligns with her passion, and offers growth opportunities.
Possible directions could be advancing in the humanitarian sector. Since she already has expereince with a UN-affiliated organization, may be she can aim for roles within NGOs or international organizations. She might need additional certifications or education, but she has not been able to further her studies yet. So maybe roles that dont require advanced degrees but value expereince.
Aother angle is leveraging her communication skills. Maybe roles in public relations, community outreach, or advocacy with non-profits. She could also consider counseling or social work, given her experience in client relations and her empathetic nature.
Esther might need to upskill in areas like project management, grant writing, or digital communication to enhance her qualifications. Remote work or flexible roles could be beneficial given her responsibilities as a single mother.
Esther is in an area with NGOs and international agencies. That is a plus. Networking will be important. Her previous UN experience could open doors if she can connect with former colleagues or attend relevant events.
Potemtial job titles could be Program coordinator, community outreach manager, Advocacy officer, Humanitarian Affairs Officer, or communication specialist in a nonprofit. She might also look into roles that combine her communication skills with her humanitarian interests, like Public information Officer in an international organization.
Moving forward, the possible steps are:
1. Assess current skills and identify gaps
2. Explore certifications (like project management, humanitarian aid)
3. Network with the humanitarian sector
4. Look for roles that offer growth in her current organization or similar NGOs
5. Consider freelance or consulting work if flexibility is needed
6. Maybe part-time studies if feasible, but she has has not been able to pursue further education yet, so we might have to focus on experience-based roles
Also, mentorship might help her navigate her career path . Maybe connecting with professionals in the humanitarian field.
Additionally, addressing her overwhelm by breaking down her goals into manageable steps could reduce stress and provide clear direction
