Family Concepts Center (FCC) has evolved into a multi-service productivity and
vocational transformation ecosystem, integrating workspace, hospitality, grooming,
laundry, café, coaching, and micro-enterprise incubation.
This manual provides the policies and procedures that govern all operations and uphold the FCC brand. The 2026 Policy & Procedures Manual is rewritten to match the new Family Concepts Center identity, our multi-service ecosystem, and our PERD differentiator strategy. It replaces the 2019 manual with a modern, service‑driven, brand‑aligned governance document.

The Manual should be interpreted in line with the Center’s Constitution and Articles of Association as well as other policy provisions as set from time to time by the Directors.
