The Manual provides the Center’s organizational structure, general Center policies and procedures, Human resource policies and procedures, Financial Management regulations and procedures and procurement, Logistics and supplies procedures. The Manual should be interpreted in line with the Center’s Constitution and Articles of Association as well as other policy provisions as set from time to time by the Directors.
