Family Concepts Centers offers opportunities for young people to train and serve as Front of House Servers. Servers take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service. They have a good knowledge of the menu and can make recommendations to customers. Servers also handle payment transactions and ensure tables are clean and ready for the next guests.
Order Taking and POS Systems.
We train students on taking orders, processing Payments, using the POS Systems, providing efficient and accurate Service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations in the restaurant.
Table Set-Up and Maintenance
Properly Setting Tables
- Ensure that each table is set with the appropriate number of place settings, including silverware, napkins, and glassware.
- Pay attention to the details, such as folding napkins neatly and arranging silverware in the correct order.
Refilling Drinks
